Halloween : Halloween Special Effects

Halloween Special Effects

Special effects that suit the occasion will make your Halloween celebrations all the more special. These special effects mainly include Sound and Light Effects.

Sound Effects

1. A very large sheet of poster board or sheet metal makes great thunder.
2. Uncooked rice poured onto a cookie sheet sounds like rain.
3. Crinkle a handful of cellophane for a roaring fire.
4. Snap carrots in half for the sound of breaking bones.
5. Flap a plastic bag in front of the microphone for the sound of bats.
6. Slowly blow bubbles with a straw into a bowl for that bog sound.

Lighting

1. Lit your room dimly and put some reflective tapes over the exit, especially black.
2. Tie small glow sticks to string attached to helium balloons and let them sail over your house for spooky lights in the sky.
3. Enhance the effect of black light by using some florescent paint, cosmetics and material to show off the glow.
