13 Messages for Halloween

1. To drink the blood
And relish warm flesh
Come out my ghost
Without dread or fright
To the graveyard No 13
On this very Halloween night

2. Brush up your brooms
Polish your bats
Clean your fangs
And sparkle your cats
For Devil's Night is near, my folks

3. The witches fly
Across the sky,
The owls go, "Who? Who? Who?"
The black cats yowl
And green ghosts howl,
"Scary Halloween to you!"
- Nina Willis Walter

4. A big jack-o lantern named Keith
Was ashamed of his scary Face
And big old orange teeth.
But how glad was he
When Thomas Lean
Chose him to guard his house
On Halloween.

5. Bushes quiver where shadows lean,
And not a sliver of moon is seen.
Near the river, some goblins (green),
With a witch in front and a ghost in between
Make me sh..i..vvvver, but I am keen
About the shivers of Halloween.
- Aileen Fisher

6. Have you ever wanted to be a vampire,
A ghost, a witch?
All you need is a black cape and cat,
A broom and a black hat.
Trick or treat on Halloween
Leaving all hitch.

7. I know what you did last summer
And I don't need a drummer
To say that on Halloween
Watch out for your spleen.

8. Don't go out on Devil's Night.
Stay in your bed and keep on the light.
Little demons and ghouls have their fun all right,
Outside on the streets this Devil's Night.
You don't want to know what mischief they cause.
On Halloween Eve they run without pause,
Flying and laughing, and breaking the laws,
You really don't want to see the mischief they've caused.
Please heed my words, stay under the covers,
And tell your friends and your sisters, and of course your brothers.
Stay in bed, don't even peek through the shutters,
'Cause a goblin or ghost may spook you to stutters.
Just wait until daybreak on Halloween Day,
When you know all the ghouls and ghosts are away.
They hate the daylight, "it's no fun," they say.
So just please, please wait to Trick or Treat on Halloween Day.
- James

9. Tonight is the night,
To have a great fright,
Don't be surprised nor scared,
Just be prepared,
For tonight is Halloween!
- Snapshots

10. A bloody handprint
A ghastly shadow
It's the evil spirits
Trick-or-treating
Give the candies
Without much ado
You are welcome to drink blood cokes

11. Grotesque faces
Fear you not
Drink the witch's tea
Brewing and bubbling hot
For all that is dark and evil
Is the fashion of the bright
Theme is horror
On Halloween night

12. Crackling laughter awaits you
In your loft
Icy fingers of Death
Rattling on the pot
Be afraid of your evil fate
Remember, its Halloween, mate

13. Tombs are open, Mummies are on prowl
Witches with cats, wizards with owl
Searching for the people to trick,
If they don't treat
On Halloween
They are fresh meat
